Booking & Cancellation Policy

Orbis Musicus Ltd.

1. Registration and Payment

 

Participation in an Orbis Musicus course is confirmed upon receipt of full payment of the course fee.

Payment must be completed within the timeframe communicated upon acceptance.

If payment is not received within this period, Orbis Musicus reserves the right to offer the place to another applicant.

 

2. Course Fee

 

The course fee and what it includes are specified in the respective course description.

Participants are responsible for reviewing the course details carefully prior to booking.

Travel, meals (unless explicitly included), and any additional personal expenses are not included unless stated otherwise.

 

3. Cancellation by Participant

 

Cancellations must be made in writing via email.

  • Cancellation before the stated application deadline:
    A full refund will be issued. 

  • Cancellation on or after the application deadline:
    A refund may be issued minus an administrative fee of €100. In the case of non-attendance (no-show), the course fee is non-refundable.

 

4. Cancellation by Orbis Musicus

 

In the unlikely event that a course must be cancelled by Orbis Musicus, all fees paid will be refunded in full.

No further liability can be accepted for additional costs such as travel or accommodation arrangements made independently.

 

5. Changes to the Programme

 

Orbis Musicus reserves the right to make changes to the course schedule, faculty, or programme where necessary.

Such changes do not entitle participants to a refund.

 

6. Liability

 

Participation in any Orbis Musicus course is at the participant’s own risk.

Orbis Musicus accepts no liability for personal injury, loss, or damage to personal belongings unless caused by gross negligence.

 

7. Insurance

 

Participants are responsible for arranging their own medical insurance, liability insurance, accident coverage, and insurance for personal belongings, including musical instruments.
